Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. We accept item back without reason unopened or used with 14 days from you receiving the item. We will issue a full refund once we receive the item back When returning an item please include you user name an item number reason for return. We don't know who owns item that are returned without paper work an we cannot sort out the issue etc.
